  • Clothing for the ride home. Your child will also need clothes, a hat and a blanket for the last day.

For yourself, during your hospital stay, you will need:

  • Personal documents and insurance card
  • Results of examinations carried out during pregnancy
  • Birth plan (as requested)
  • Underwear (5 pieces). You can use disposable underwear, which is very convenient for the first few days.
  • Inserts for the weekly flow,  preferably made of cotton.
  • Two nursing bras, special ointment for sensitive or irritated nipples and nursing algae
  • Socks, comfortable slippers and slippers for the shower
  • 2 nightgowns that are also suitable for breastfeeding. They should be wide, comfortable and open at the front.
  • Dressing gown
